Summer Sundown Festival 2016- Day I

Summer Sundown Festival 2016 got off to musical start with the Konkani Musical Show by Remedios and his troupe. The singers included Stacy, Carey, Marilyn & Lynella, Shunaina, Hansel & Ashwini, Shanaia, Ancy and Remedios . Music was provided by Lenoy Gomendes. Show was compered by Dunstan.

Summer Sundown Festival 2016

Betalbatim Kala Mogi, welcomes you for a Charity show Summer Sundown Festival 2016 at WILD ORCHID, MAJORDA from 7 pm onwards. This two day event will will have musical show, mimicry, magic show besides live bands performing on both days.

Badminton tournament by Social Club Of Betalbatim

Social Club of Betalbatim organised a badminton tournament for the Villagers in four categories . All the four matches were enthusiastically cheered by the crowd gathered for the finals. There were some good rallies that gave the crowd a splendid performance .  Mr. Avertano Barretto , sportsman and son of the soil was the Chief Guest. In his address speech he gave a call to the young to take up sports. He made a special mention of the finalist in both categories that had married face the youngsters. Smt . Maria Pereira , the sarpanch of VP Betalbatim in her speech encouraged the club in their effort and wished good luck to all participating in the finals. Fr. Milagres ( Asstt. Parish Priest ) Mr. Afonso Bothelo , Mr. Hillary Cota, Mr. Manuel ,Ms. Lorraine Godinho, were the other members on the dais. Mr. Menino Cota compered the match, Mr. Jacinto Azavedo was in charge of sound. Mr. Ciriao Cota , Mr. Brian Rodrigues  helped the officials
